Privacy Policy

etc. is a fitness and nutrition tracker made by AX AI Ventures. We built it to give you honest numbers, not to sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and the control you have. We never sell your data and we never share it with advertisers.

1. What we collect

Only what the app needs to work:

• Your account email (for sign-in and account recovery).
• Meals, calories and macros you log.
• Water intake.
• Sleep logs.
• Workouts and activity.
• Body metrics (weight, measurements) you enter.
• Goals and habits you set.
• Meal photos you take for calorie estimation.
• Microphone audio, captured only during an active voice conversation with the in-app assistant (see §3).

2. How we use it

To run the app: to show your history, trends, streaks and goal progress, and to power features like photo calorie estimates and the assistant. That is the whole purpose — there is no secondary use, no ad profiling, and no data sale.

3. Third parties we share with

We use two service providers, and only these two touch your data:

OpenAI (AI processing)

Some features send a slice of your data to OpenAI so a model can respond. Specifically, we send:

• your meal photos, when you use photo calorie estimation;
• your typed questions to the assistant; and
• your microphone audio, but only while you are in an active voice conversation.

Audio is streamed only while the voice feature is running and you can see it is active. It is never captured in the background, and the microphone is not accessed at any other time. OpenAI processes this content under its published API data usage policy and does not use it to train its models.

Supabase (storage)

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS), and row-level security means only your authenticated account can read or write your own rows.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so the app can show your history and trends. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed (see §6) — there is no archive and no soft-delete. Meal photos and voice audio are processed to generate a result and are not retained by us as a separate media library beyond what is needed to produce and store that result.

5. Where your data is processed

etc. is operated from Pakistan, and our providers (OpenAI and Supabase) process data on servers in the United States and other regions. By using the app you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have different data-protection laws than your own country.

6. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can view all of your data inside the app at any time. To delete everything, email customersupport@axaiv.com from your account email and ask us to delete your account. See our account deletion page for the full steps and timeframe.

etc. is intended for people 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
